Who we are

What the site collects

The form on this site asks for your name, your phone number, your email address if you want to give it, your town, the service you want and a description of the work. It goes only into our customer records, so we can get back to you about the job. To keep out spam, the form also notes how long the page was open before you sent it and may run a check from our web host that tells people from bots.

There is no advertising tracker on this site. Beyond anything you send us, the only information gathered is the standard traffic record every web host keeps: the page requested, the time, the browser type and a network address. That record is used only to keep the site online and secure.

What happens when you reach out

When you call, text, email or send the form, we keep what you send us, such as your name, phone number, email address, town, job address and the photos or plans you share, so we can quote the work and do it. We keep that information for as long as it takes to serve you and to meet our records and tax obligations, and no longer than that.

We share your information only with the companies that help us run the business, such as our customer records, phone, email and web hosting providers and our accountant, and only so they can do that work. We also share it if the law requires it. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages

If you text us, or you opt in to texts on this site, Eagle Family Carpentry, LLC may text you about your inquiry and scheduling. You get promotional texts only if you tick the separate box for them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (850) 920-2323.

When you opt in, we keep a record of which box you ticked, the exact words beside it, the time and your network address, so we can show that you agreed. The terms for our texts are in the Terms of Service.

Your choices

Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will, unless we have to keep a record for tax or legal reasons. Email [email protected] and say what you want removed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new date at the top.
